  1. Trish says there is no excuse for us women to not exercise. We need to take care of ourselves or there will be no one to take care of us.
    We deserve to do this much for us.


  2. Hi Susie, I like to do a few quick yoga stretches every day. I have pretty good flexibility because of it…now with summer and so many things to keep up with outside I have been lax…thanks for the good reminder today to keep on stretching. Have a happy day. K
